Who is responsible
FlowSwitch (KVK 94888140) operates flow-switch.io and is the controller for the personal data described below. For anything on this page, write to hello@flow-switch.io and a human will answer.
What this website collects
This is a static site. There is no account to create, no form that posts to us directly, no advertising and no profiling. Two things — analytics and the booking calendar — load only if you agree to them in the banner, and until you do, your browser never contacts either. Your answer is kept in local storage on your device, and you can change it from Cookie settings in the footer. Everything else — fonts, scripts, images — is served from this domain, so a page load contacts nobody but our host. Three things still involve personal data:
1. Server logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare records requests — including your IP address, the page requested, timestamp, and browser user agent — to serve the page and to defend against attack and abuse. We use this on a legitimate-interest basis (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to keep the site available and secure. We do not use it to profile visitors.
2. Analytics
If you agree, we load Google Analytics 4 to count page views and see which pages get read. It sets its own cookies and Google receives your IP address, your approximate location derived from it, and details of your device and browser. We use it to understand traffic, nothing else: no advertising audiences, no remarketing, no attempt to identify you personally.
This runs on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and nothing else. Decline, or ignore the banner, and the tag is never loaded. Withdraw later through Cookie settings in the footer and we switch the tag off and delete its cookies from your browser.
3. The booking calendar
The booking section embeds a scheduling widget from Calendly. It does not load on its own either: we ask first, in the same banner, and until you agree your browser makes no request to Calendly at all. Your answer to that banner is recorded in local storage on your device — a single entry holding your choice and when you made it — and nothing on this site sets a cookie of our own.
Once you allow it, your browser contacts Calendly directly, which lets Calendly see your IP address and set its own cookies. If you book a call, the name, email address and any notes you enter go to Calendly and then to us. We use those details to prepare for and hold the call. Nothing more: no newsletter, no resale, no enrichment, no advertising audiences. Calendly's own handling of your data is described in its privacy notice.
You can change your mind with the Cookie settings link in the footer. Withdrawing stops the widget from loading again; cookies Calendly already set are on their domain, so clear those through your browser. Declining costs you nothing — hello@flow-switch.io reaches us just as well.
If you email us
Mail sent to hello@flow-switch.io reaches our inbox with whatever you put in it. We keep business correspondence for as long as the relationship is live and then for the period our accounting and limitation rules require, and we delete enquiries that go nowhere once they are clearly cold.
Data during an assessment or deployment
The flow-switch.io runtime is deployed inside your own cloud tenant. Your notebooks, job definitions, catalog and the data those jobs read and write stay in your environment — they are not copied to, processed on, or accessible from flow-switch.io infrastructure.
Where an engagement does require us to see something — job metadata for a wrapper-coverage assessment, for instance — that is agreed in writing first and governed by the NDA and data processing agreement for the engagement, not by this website notice. Ask us for the current DPA and architecture pack.

Transfers outside the EEA
The providers above are US-based or operate globally, so personal data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Those transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where the provider participates, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We can share the relevant transfer documentation on request.
Your rights
If the GDPR applies to you, you can ask us for a copy of your personal data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what happened before.
Write to hello@flow-switch.io. We answer within 30 days. If we handle it badly, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or to the supervisory authority where you live.
Changes
When this notice changes we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes to how we use personal data will be flagged here rather than made quietly.
